Changes to an order
If you make an error while ordering, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Cancelling an order
If you cancel an order prior to shipping there is a 10% fee to cover credit card charges and restocking. However, once the order has left our warehouse we cannot cancel an order.
Payment Terms
All Invoices are Due on Receipt unless otherwise noted.
Pre-Arrival or Special Order Wines
Unfortunately we are not able to allow cancellations on the order of any pre-arrival or special order wines.
.If there is a delay in shipping on pre-arrivals we will notify you of the delay and do our best to provide an accurate arrival window estimate, however due to international shipping issues and delays these windows are just estimates.
Cancellations and refunds will not be made in the case of delayed shipments on pre-arrival or special order wines.
Faulted Wine
We take care to ensure that all the wine we sell has been carefully stored and remains in sound condition. However TCA/Cork taint is something that we can’t prevent and all our wine is sold as is.
We go to great efforts to describe any condition statements with our fine and rare wines, whether fill level, label issues, etc…if you have any questions or would like photos of individual wines please reach out to us directly at wine@berkeleyandstuart.com
Ordering Limits
On certain items, you might see a limit on the availability of a wine per customer/order. We kindly ask that you do not abuse this limit by placing multiple orders. As an alternative, we invite you to email us directly at wine@berkeleyandstuart.com to discuss additional bottles, which we may or may not be able to accommodate depending on the circumstances.
